Micheal David Edwards
Micheal David Edwards was born on January 11, 1946 to Simon and Doshie Edwards in Glenmora, Louisiana. He departed this life into eternal rest at age 67, on January 17, 2013 at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, Louisiana.
He was a member of Pineville Assembly of God in Pineville and was a faithful member with is wife Daisy for many years.
He married his loving wife of 36 years on September 24 , 1976, which he was honored to be with and doted over daily.
He served our country as US Navy boatman and was received an honorable discharge.
He was preceded in death by his parents Simon and Doshie Edwards, sister Josphene Burgion, sister Arlene Edwards, daughter Robbie Dee Stillwell, and granddaughter Alexis Bradford and great granddaughter Marliegh Gaspard
He leaves to cherish his memories: His loving and devoted wife Daisy J. Edwards, children: Sheldon Crooks, Kimberlea Ball, Toni Crooks, Nancy Bantel, Ramon Kokenberger and husband Jamie, Jill McFerren and husband Jason, Mindy Bradford and husband Mark; grandchildren: Lacey Gaspard and husband Jeffery, Justin Crooks and wife Natalie, Anthony Crooks and wife Jaclynn, Aaron Crooks, Austin Bantel, Tyler Bantel, Jayde Mcferren, Ashlyn Mcferren, Kaden Mcferren, Johnathon Bradford, Aliviah Bradford and Kristen Bradford; great grandchildren: Makenzie Gaspard, Dainen Crooks, Brynlee Crooks, Emma Grace Crooks, and Landon Crooks.
Special thank you to friends and family, church family, and ICU staff and Dr's for their loving support and prayers, we could have never done it with out you.

Grandma Doshie is smiling now, she has her babies with her, Josepine Burgin, my mother and Michael D. Edwards my uncle. My family lifts up prayers for you and your mother during this sad time, we love you all, Uncle Mikes beautiful smile will be missed here on earth, but you can bet Doshie is making him buicuits in heaven right now.
