Funeral services for Mrs. Eva Rae Hoyt will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 21, 2012 in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, Louisiana with Reverend Calvin Cantrell officiating. Interment will be in Frazier Cemetery, Bentley, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.

Mrs. Hoyt, age 72, of Pineville, entered eternal rest on Sunday, December 16, 2012 at Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria, Louisiana. Rae, as she was called, was born on December 30, 1939 in Ennis, Louisiana to the union of Sybil Elaine Adams and Fredrick Howard.

She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who will be deeply missed. She retired from Sun Cruz Casino, New Port Richey, Florida as cruise activities coordinator.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Sybil and Fred; brothers and sister, Roland, Floyd and Elaine; daughter, Rhonda; grandson, Jonathan.

She is survived by two sons, Billy White (Carla) and Timmy White; four daughters, Betsy Morrison (George), Regina Haun (Mike), Melinda Toribio and Michelle Maddox (Reuben); sister, Mollie Kolokithas (Alex); grandchildren, James Branson, Christy Morrison, George Morrison, Jr., Katie McAdams (Brandon), Mandi White, Aimee White, Jessica McElroy (Robbie), Ashley Hardy, Hillary Toribio, Jeremy Maddox, Zac Maddox, Maggie Maddox, Matthew White, Evan White, Timothy White, Tori White, Jillian White, Brennan White and Shabree Bryant; great grandchildren, Madalyn Morrison, Kaitlyn McAdams, Bailee White, Morgan Walker, Johnathan McElroy, JeChary Hardy and Hallee Maddox; also survived by a host of nieces and nephews

Pallbearers will be James Branson, George Morrison, Jr., Jeremy Maddox, Zac Maddox, Matthew White, Evan White, Timothy White and JeChary Hardy.

Friends may call at Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, on Thursday, December 20, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Friday, December 21, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. until time of service.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Pineville Kidney Center, RGH Dialysis Team, RGH Staff, and The Oaks Care Center staff for the care, compassion and prayers given to our mom during her illness.
