Funeral services for Mr. Harry B. Jordan, will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 21, 2014 in Unity Baptist Church, Hwy 28 East, Pineville with Reverends Jason Dubea, Jack West and James Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Unity Baptist Church Cemetery, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.

Mr. Jordan, 77, of Pineville entered eternal rest on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at his residence in the Esler Field Community, Pineville.

Mr. Jordan was retired from Pinecrest State School. He was a member of Unity Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Army Veteran. He loved hunting, fishing and gardening, but most of all spending time with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Effie Jordan; three brothers, Robert Jordan, James Harrison Jordan, John Jordan.

Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include his loving wife of 32 years, Jo Ann Jordan of Esler Field Community; one daughter, Rebecca Ann Cole (Greg) of Hickory Grove, Louisiana; two sons, Chad Anthony Comeaux (Maria) of Philadelphia Community, and Brian Keith Lucas, Sr. (Sonia) of Deville; three sisters, Mildred Hudson (Spencer) of Deville, Margaret Garrison (Jessie) of Mississippi, Francis Simmons (Paul) of Newton, Texas; five grandchildren, Joseph Cole, Brittany Buckhalter, Abby Fuller, Brian Keith Lucas, Jr. and Dylan Comeaux; two great grandchildren, Kaydence Buckhalter and Aubrey Fuller; also survived by many nieces and nephews and his daughter in law, Amanda Tynes of Alexandria, La.

Friends may call at Unity Baptist Church on Hwy 28 East in Pineville, Thursday, March 20, 2014 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and on Friday, March 21, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services at 10:00 a.m.
