My thoughts are with you, I was so sadden by this news , I have so many memories of uncle Ken , when I was 7 he wanted so badly to pull my tooth with a string that would be tied to the door , he even went as far as to offer me Doberman pincher puppy if I let him pull it ... Needless to say I pulled it myself , I also remember when I visited with my nana and we had thanksgiving at the house that year , he used to pull my nose with his hand and make me think the tip of my nose was in his hand but it was really his thumb, oh there so many memories, not to long ago my sister and I were looking at old photos and she sowed me one of his baseball cards that she has . my love and thoughts go out to the whole family , hopefully we can get in touch with eachother , love Krista 561 729-2608

I wasn't fortunate to meet Mr. Johnson but saw him pitch when I was a youngster and he always gave his all on the mound.
After he retired and I grew up I wrote him various times and he signed and quickly returned all his old baseball cards I had collected.
To me he was one of those fellows who helped make baseball a great game. He pitched for the love of the game and appreciated the fans.
I thank you Mr. Johnson and I know you are in a better place and I'm sure you abided to Luke 14:11 in your lifetime.

A great tree has fallen. Our deepest and heartfelt sympathies to the great family of a great man. I enjoyed swapping baseball stories with Ken. He was a man of deep humility, and most greatly to be admired.
