Alice Marie Compton Cooper
Services for Mrs. Alice Marie Compton Cooper will be at 11 a.m., Monday, February 11, 2013 at Timothy Baptist Church, 2907- 9th Street in Alexandria, with the Rev. George Price officiating. Burial will be in Oak Island, Alexandria under the direction of Progressive Funeral Home.
Mrs. Cooper, 67, of Alexandria passed away at Rapides Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Cooper is preceded in death by her parents, husband,Thomas Cooper, Sr. and one sister, Ola Mae Neal.
Survivors include 3 sons; Thomas Ray Cooper Jr. of Texas, Derrick T. Cooper of Ruston, and Darrel G. Cooper, of Texas;2 daughters, Chandra Cooper (Michael) Harris of Alexandria, and Jennifer Jackson of Houston Texas; 11 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Friends may view after 9 a.m. on Monday at the church.
