Dennis Lowery

Funeral services for Dennis Lowery will be held Friday, November 16, 2012 at 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church West Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Bill Crider. Interment will follow at Minden Cemetery with full military honors. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. Thursday, November 15, 2012 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.

Dennis was born February 16, 1922 in Yellow Pine, Texas and entered into rest November 11, 2012 in Alexandria.

His parents James B. and Ora J. Smith Lowery, wife Melba Jones Lowery and brother Thomas Lowery preceded him in death.

He is survived by his sons; James D. Lowery and wife Kathy of Alexandria, Kenneth Neil Lowery and wife Cindy of Houston, Texas, sister; Ruth L. Lowery of Jasper, Texas, brother; John L. Lowery and wife Joyce of Jasper, Texas, grandchildren; Kelly Ann Brasher and husband Jason of Silsbee, Texas Neil Lowery of Crowley, Louisiana, Anna Marie Lowery of Houston, Megan Lowery of Houston, great-grandchildren; James Dalton Brasher and Bryce Jason Brasher of Silsbee, Texas.

So sorry to hear of Mr Lowery's passing. When I would visit my Aunt, I would talk to Mr Lowery & I sure enjoyed listening to his story's of his past.
