Franklin King
Services for Mr. Franklin King will be at 11:00 am Thursday, January 3, 2013 at New Scott Olly Baptist Church in Alexandria with the Bishop Lynell Smith officiating. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories under the direction of Progressive Funeral Home.
Mr. King, age 69, of Alexandria passed away Wednesday December 26, 2012 at the VA Medical Center.
He was a United States Army Veteran.
Survivors include 3 sons; Anthony Tony Williams, Kenneth Sanders, and Timothy Carter; 2 daughters, Annette Mitchell, and LaFay Flournoy; 2 sisters, Barbara Lois Brealer, and Rose Marie Burton-Lewis; 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Lucy Brealer and Ike and Rosa King.
Friends may view after 9 am at the church.
