Terry Bruce Waldron

Funeral services for Mr. Terry Bruce Waldron will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 31, 2012 in the Chapel of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, with Reverends Dennis Brown and Gentry Mangun officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Ball, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.

Mr. Waldron, age 68, of Tioga, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria.

He was a member of Lee Heights Baptist Church. He was a former probation officer and private investigator. He was also a notary public. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, serving in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the VFW, American Legion and the Am Vets. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Gail and Lolus Waldron; one son, Leonard Smith; one brother, Bobby G. Waldron; one sister, Joy Faye Till.

He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Sandra Dove Waldron of Tioga; one son, Louis "Buddy" Waldron of Central, La.; three daughters, Teri Waldron of Central, La., Lisa Jane Smith of Tioga, Crystal Denise Foreman (Michael E. Foreman, Jr.) of Tioga; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Reggie Vinson, William Talbot, Jerry Talbot, Fred Fielder, Jack Rozell, Dewayne Turner; honorary pallbearers will be Mac McKinzey, Wayne Nugent, Michael Foreman, Sr., Michael Foreman, Jr., Jarred Foreman and Tony Johnson.

Friends may call at Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, on Sunday, December 30, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Monday, December 31, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
