Memorial Services for Maxine Maddox Kule will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 6, 2014 in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers, Alexandria with Dr. Joe Kite officiating and Reverend David Shaw assisting.
The family will receive friends beginning at 9 a.m. Friday until shortly before time of services in the funeral home.
Maxine Maddox Kule, born March 3, 1924 in Cheneyville, passed away on June 1, 2014 in Lewisville, Texas.
She lived in Alexandria, from 1941 to 2007 and was a past Matron and 60 year member of the JT Charnley Chapter 197 of the Order of the Eastern Star; member of Parkview Baptist Church and Ruth's Sunday School Class; a member of the National Association of Legal Secretaries; and a member of the Red River Camping Club. She retired from the Alexandria Production Credit Association in 1979 after 20 years of service.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Pennie and Dalton Maddox; sister, Dorothy Maddox Fulco; husband, Leonard Kule and son, Dalton Stanley Kule.
She is survived by her son, Leonard "Wayne" Kule and his wife Jeanne of Lewisville, Texas; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and one nephew.
