Services for Hanon Beaubouef will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, June 8, 2014 in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers, Pineville with Dr. Jack West officiating. Burial will be in Big Island Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family requests that visitation be observed Saturday at Hixson Brothers, Pineville from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and will continue on Sunday from 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
Mr. Beaubouef, 87, of Deville passed away Thursday, June 5, 2014 at Hilltop Nursing Home.
He was a retired oil field worker for Big Island Operations and Verado Oil Company. He was an avid outdoorsman, who loved hunting, fishing and gardening. He particularly loved to reminisce of the "good ole' days". He was a member of Big Island Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his son, Travis G. Beaubouef; parents, Rosevelt and Alzean Fisher Beaubouef.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 67 years, Evie Reed Beaubouef; sons, Claude R. Beaubouef and wife, Linda, Kenneth R. Beaubouef and wife, Faye, Reggie B. Beaubouef and wife, C. C.; daughter-in-law, Patricia Rush and husband, R. D.; brother, Bruce Beaubouef; sisters, Delma Reed and Verda Faye Davidson; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Vance Gardner, Keith Harmson, Jarred Beaubouef, Adam Beaubouef, Charlie Beaubouef and Reggie Beaubouef.
