Billy E. Swaim
Memorial services for Billy E. Swaim will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, October 11, 2012, at the chapel of Hixson Brothers, Alexandria. Visitation will be Thursday, October 11, 2012, at Hixson Brothers, Alexandria, from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
Mr. Swaim, 80, of Alexandria, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2012, at his residence.
Billy retired from the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant and then went to work for Litton Industries where he retired after many years of service. He was a member of Amvets, American Legion, and VFW Post #1736. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leland & Katie Harrison Swaim; sister, Zona Swaim.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Fannie Lou Hollingsworth Swaim; daughter, Vicki Sisson and husband John; granddaughter, Nicole Sisson.
