Alicia Norman Obituary
A memorial service was held on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Mack Beck and the Rev. Paul Worsham officiating.
Born Feb. 7, 1996 in Tallahassee, she was the daughter of David Dewayne Norman of White Water, Kan., and Nicky Shelley of Hartsfield, Ga. Alicia was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and was a parts clerk at Advance Auto Parts in Moultrie.
She was predeceased by her grandfather, Cornelius Joshua "C.J." Norman; and an aunt, Veronica Harper.
In addition to her parents, survivors include three brothers, Christopher "C.J." Norman of WhiteWater, Kan., Wade Shelley of Hartsfield, Ga., and William Shelley of Madison; two sisters, Tiffany Norman of Crawfordville and Brittney Washington of Norman Park, Ga.; a step-mother, Valerie Norman of Crawfordville; a step-dad, John Shelley of Hartsfield, Ga.; grandparents, Merle and Gary Swaggart of Biloxi, Miss., Lizabeth and Kirk Thomson of Cairo, Ga., Sherrell and Ron Dill of Monticello; a grandmother, Odelia Touchette of Hartsfield, Ga..; a grandfather, Juan Rubio of San Angelo, Texas; a nephew, Dylon Wright of Norman Park, Ga.; two cousins, Emma-Leigh Barlow of Hartsfield, Ga., and Sabrina Jaide Harper of Tallahassee.
The family greeted friends after the memorial service at Cobb Funeral Chapel.
