Joseph Zachary "Zach" Douglas, 19 of Crawfordville, Florida, died on Wednesday, May 30, 2018. A native of Tallahassee, Florida, he was born on December 21, 1998. Zach was a recent graduate of Wakulla High School and worked part-time at Zaxby's. He was enrolled to attend TCC in the Fall.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Donna Lynn Bailey (George) and his uncle, Jay William Douglas.

Zach is survived by his parents: Shannon Douglas and Joe Douglas (Melisa); his brothers, William and Justice Douglas; his paternal grandparents, Rick and Janis Long; and John and Kathy Douglas; maternal grandparents, Gerald and Patsy Devor; uncle Christopher Devor; aunt Rebecca Douglas; and the light and love of his life, Kristen Lane Dew. ??

Known to his friends as "Dougie", he was a sweet, kind young man, beloved by many. Although Zach no longer walks beside us, he remains with us. We will remember always his contagious laugh, his sense of humor, his beautiful and often mischievous smile. Zach's incredibly kind heart, his willingness to lend a hand to friends and strangers alike, serves as an example for us all.

A service will be held on Tuesday, June, 5 at 10:00 a.m. at Ivan Assembly of God Church in Crawfordville, Florida. A celebration of Zach's life will follow at Wakulla Springs.
