Robert "Bob" Arnold Rowley, age 85, of Alligator Point, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2018.

He was born in Washington, DC to the late Frank and Ethel Rowley. He was a resident of Franklin County for the last 25 years and was previously a resident of Miami. He was a lineman and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He was a member of Local 349, 222 and 1245. Previously, he was in the U.S. Marine Corps and served during the Korean War. In his free time, Robert enjoyed spending time with his family and working in the yard. He was also a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge 2510.

Survivors include his wife, Gloria of Alligator Point; sons, Robert M. Rowley of Alligator Point, Kevin Rowley of Cumberland, Md., Lindsey Rowley of Alligator Point, and Thomas (Millie) Rowley of Wildomar, Calif.; daughters, Kathy (Bill) Igou of Tallahassee, Karen (Danny) Blomme of Lakeland, and Kimberly Rowley of Hesperia, Calif.; brothers, James Rowley of Las Vegas and Vincent Rowley of Maryland; sisters, Katherine Cates of Maryland; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Numerous other friends and family members also survive.

He was predeceased by his parents.

A celebration of Bob's life will be held at a later date.
