Sylvia Lee, 88, of Wellington and formerly of Cleveland, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012.
A daughter of the late Elijah Frenchman and Matilda (nee Lake) Gibson, Sylvia was born on March 28, 1924.
She married Frederick Joseph Lee on June 17, 1950.
She and her husband owned and operated Lee Lapidaries in Cleveland for more than 40 years.
She was a long-term, active member of People's United Methodist Church in Cleveland. Sylvia cherished time spent with her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include her loving husband of 62 years; her children, Jeffrey Randolph Lee, Larry Lee, and Dottie Cianciola; grandchildren, Abigail Joy (Chris) Campbell, Andrew Thomas Cianciola, Adam Joseph Cianciola and Anthony James Cianciola; son-in-law, Angelo Thomas Cianciola; and brother, Bruce Gibson.
Sylvia was preceded in death by her siblings, Nina Lee Fisher, Arlie Wellborn, Carol Canterbury, Leota Gibson, Zoe Ann Byrd, Ressie Carter, Jean Lee, Viola Fisher, and Elijah Gibson Jr.
Services were held Saturday, Nov. 24 at Wellington First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Rev. Lea Mahan officiating.
Interment will take place at a later date.
