Kevin Blough, 53, of Pawcatuck, passed away on March 2, 2013, at The Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center in Providence, surrounded by his loving family.
Kevin was a man who loved to have fun and make everyone laugh. He was raised in West Hartford, Conn., and served in the Navy from 1978 to 1983. He worked in the VP10 squadron as an aviation structural mechanic-hydraulics and was honorably discharged.
His pride of being a salesman was evident in over 15 years of working in California, enjoying success as a top car salesman. He resided with his parents in Pawcatuck and worked at several dealerships. He very much enjoyed and was appreciated by his family of co-workers at Girard Toyota in New London.
Kevin was born on March 24, 1959, the son of Robert and Mary Blough. He leaves his brother, Robert; sister Rosemary Spiers and brother-in-law Hub; sister Robyn Rogala and brother-in-law Ron; brother David and sister-in-law Cheryl; along with many extended family and his devoted and loving companion Janet Lea.
Calling hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, at the Gaffney Dolan Funeral Home in Westerly. A funeral Mass will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6, at St. Mary's Church in Stonington.
