William Evans Obituary
Born in Pawcatuck, he was a son of the late Henry and Rose Evans.
Bill attended Stonington High School and was a local business owner for many years before making Florida his home.
Surviving he leaves his loving companion, Kay Shecklles of Florida; his children, William P. Evans, Jr., David D. Evans and Lisa (Evans) Miller; brothers, Ernest A. Evans of Pawcatuck and Daniel M. Evans of Westerly; ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Bill was predeceased by his brother, Henry "Butch" Evans, Jr.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside funeral service on Saturday, September 21, at 9 a.m. in St. Michael Cemetery, Stillman Ave. Ext., Pawcatuck, CT.
