Frank A. Laudone Jr., 82, of Bradford Road in Bradford, passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2012. He is survived by his wife of almost 58 years, Rose M. (Cimalore) Laudone of Bradford; his son, Frank A. Laudone III of Charlestown; his daughter, Linda A. Pacheco of Bradford; and three grandchildren, Brad, Stephanie and Christine.
Mr. Laudone was born in Westerly on July 26, 1930, the son of the late Frank A. and Mary (Pignataro) Laudone Sr. Frank served proudly in the United States Army during the Korean War. He went on to be a machine operator for Imperial Wallpaper of Hopkinton. Frank was a member of the Bradford Citizen's Club and a former Westerly Town Sargeant.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, July 30 at 11 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 7 Church Street, Bradford. Burial with full military honors will take place at St. Sebastian Cemetery, Westerly. Calling hours will take place on Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Rushlow-Iacoi Funeral Home & Crematory, 64 Friendship Street, Westerly.
