Marilyn "Micki" (Main) F. Banks, 66, of Mystic passed away Friday, Jan. 6, at Apple Rehab in Mystic.

Born in Westerly, she was the daughter of the late Myron and Claire (Carroll) Main and lived in Mystic for 42 years.
Micki married Donald A. Banks Sr. on Oct. 3, 1969, in Mystic at the home of a family friend. Sadly, he predeceased her on Nov. 1, 2002.
She was a hairdresser for several years and worked for various local Laundromats. Micki enjoyed making crafts and was locally known for the beautiful tabletop Christmas trees she would make.
She is survived by four children, Kelly-Jo Bourassa and her husband, Michael, of Franklin, N.H.; Jean-Marie Evans and her husband, Timothy Evans Sr., of Newberry, Fla.; Kara Anne Conceicao and her husband, Paulo, of Mystic; and Keith A. Banks of Mystic; two sisters, Maureen Main of NH and Marcia Wilcox of Bradford, RI; seven grandsons whom she adored so much, Timothy Evans Jr., and William J. Evans, both of FL; James Banks of NH; Alexandre and Andre Conceicao and Jameson and Donovan Banks, all of Mystic; and four stepchildren, Judy Carter, Penny Giddin, Donald A. Banks Jr. and Darin Banks, all who reside in CA and CO; six step-grandchildren; a special brother-in-law, Albert "Rye" Banks of Noank; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a brother, Joseph Main.
The family would like to thank the Apple Rehab staff for the care and compassion shown to Micki during her illness.
