McCoy, Mona Louise  
McCoy Mona Louise McCoy, age 81, passed away died peacefully while sleeping with her family beside her at the Emeritus Chestnut Hill in New Albany, OH on Sunday, January 25, 2015. Louise was born in Inola, Oklahoma, to Charlie and Vivian Nelson, January 16, 1934. She was a member of the Inola High School Class of 1952 and also attended Oklahoma State University. She married Harvey C. McCoy (LTC, retired and deceased) August 30 1953 in Bentonville, Arkansas. She was a dedicated wife and loving mother to three sons. Mona, as a military spouse, faithfully moved her family 30 times to include overseas tours. Mona and Harvey relocated to Gahanna, OH where Louise founded Mona's Gems and opened four jewelry stores in Columbus, OH. Louise and Harvey enjoyed a life travelling around the country. Upon final retirement, in July of 2001, Harvey and Louise returned to their Oklahoma roots and settled in Claremore, OK. Mona is survived by her sons, Curtis L. McCoy (Colonel, Retired) and his wife, Eleane of Fairfax Station, Virginia, Terry L. McCoy (Lt. Col., Retired) and his wife, Lynn, of Chesapeake, Virginia, and Randy J. McCoy (LTC, Retired) and his wife, Vickie of New Albany, Ohio; her grandchildren, Sarah McCoy Waterman and her husband, Brian of El Paso, TX, CPT Jason McCoy of Fort Irwin, CA, Andrew McCoy of Miami, FL, Samantha McCoy and her husband, Sebastian Oder of Furth, Germany, Capt Terry Alan McCoy and his wife, Mariko of Emerald Isle, NC; Bradley McCoy of Minneapolis, MN and Brandon McCoy and his wife, Angela of New Albany, OH; great grandchildren, Anthony McCoy and Aaron McCoy; sisters, Betty Vann of Houston and Juana Hall of Perry OK; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents and husband. The family will receive friends from 9-10 a.m. Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 East Johnstown Road (at Beecher Rd.), Gahanna, where Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m., with Pastor Eugene Speich, officiating. McClurg, Allison Ruth  
McClurg (Mitchell) Allison Ruth McClurg, age 92, passed away on January 22, 2015, surrounded by her family. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, on December 11, 1922, to William L. Mitchell and Elsie E. (Leef) Mitchell. She was a member of the Worthington Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Ruth worked for the Canton Public School System and Stark Technical College and retired from the State of Ohio MORPC. Ruth enjoyed and loved being with her family and kitties. She was a loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and she was always ready for an adventure. She was friendly, kind and compassionate toward everyone. Besides her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Norman J. McClurg, and her brother Charles F. Dyer. She is survived by her sister, Elsa E. Dyer; her children, James L. McClurg (Linda), Jerry G. McClurg, and Linda R. Iden (Donald); grandchildren, Gia R. Walton (Craig), Scott D. Iden (Stephanie), Jared D. McClurg (Megan), and Jillian L. McClurg; great-grandchildren, Savannah, Benjamin, Rowyn, Mitchell, Addison and Wyatt; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Sunday 3-5 p.m. at the SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High St. (1/2 mile south of 270), where service will be held Monday 1 p.m. Entombment to follow at Union Cemetery. Mamula Charles Mamula, loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at age 72. His love for family, football and food leaves many cherished memories. His strength came from the Lord whom he loved. (Isaiah 40:31) He read the entire bible 5 times. He graduated from Martins Ferry High School in 1960 and The Ohio State University where he played football under Woody in 1960-1963. He married the love of his life, Carolyn, in 1962. Preceded in death by his parents Duke and Dorothy. Survived by wife, Carolyn; children, Melissa (Mark) Aeilts, Charles (Julie), Nick (Meghan); eight grandchildren; brothers, Terry (Laura) and Dan (Doris). Visitation Friday from 6-8 p.m. at MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E. Schrock Rd., Westerville. Funeral service will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Church of the Messiah, 51 N. State St., Westerville, OH 43081. Graveside service and interment Blendon Central Cemetery followed by a luncheon at the church. Donations can be made to Church of the Messiah-Missions Fund. Maxwell, Helen Mae  
Maxwell Helen Mae Maxwell, 91, passed away peacefully at home in Columbus, Ohio on January 20, 2015. She was born in Gallipolis, OH on April 5, 1923. She is preceded in death by her parents Chauncey Criner and Francis Jewel (Criner) Bishop, her brother William Criner, her husband Harley, her pets Angel and Missy. She is survived by her puppy, Precious; her sisters-in-law, Lois and Mildred Maxwell; many nieces and nephews, and many who called her Aunt Helen. Inurnment will be at Galloway Cemetery. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 25 at Christian Life Fellowship, 830 Morrison Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230 at 3 p.m. She was loved and will be deeply missed by all who called her "Aunt Helen". McLean, Roger C.  
McLean Roger C. McLean of Friendship Village of Dublin, passed away peacefully at Kobacker House hospice in Columbus, on January 21, 2015, in his 91st year. He was born in Waupaca, Wisconsin, served in the US Army during World War II, and graduated from Ripon College in 1948. He is survived by Jane, his wife of 66 years; four children, Reid (Brigid McDonough), Joanne (Scott) Winters, Carol (Steven) Lukaczer and David (Patricia); eight grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Roger worked 21 years with Inland Steel Products Co. in Milwaukee, and 21 years with Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Co. in Wheeling, WV, retiring as Vice-president of Operations. He was active in the community, serving on the boards of Ohio Valley Medical Center, Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, Health Plan of Ohio Valley, of which he was a founder, Oglebay Institute, United Way, Northern Panhandle Head Start, and WVU Extension Visiting Committee. He was an Elder and teacher in the Presbyterian Church, and served on various presbytery committees. For many years he taught a weekly bible class at the WV Penitentiary, and the Regional Correction Center. Roger enjoyed playing golf, and he and Jane loved to travel. Over the years they visited all seven continents. A memorial service will be held at Friendship Village of Dublin, 6000 Riverside Drive, Dublin, OH 43017, on Saturday, January 24 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to FVD Residents' Benevolent Fund at Friendship Village of Dublin or Kobacker House, 800 McConnell Drive, Columbus, OH 43214.

Mandabach John "Mick" Mandabach, age 68, passed away suddenly on Monday, January 19, 2015. He was born on October 29, 1946 in Columbus, OH to the late John and Mary Rita Mandabach. He worked as a Manufacturing Rep. for Mandabach-Lehner Company, owner of LMS Marketing and Sunset Grille and Sports Bar. Mick enjoyed golfing, hunting and being a successful business man. Preceded in death by brother-in-law Terry Pettibone. Survivors include his wife, Sharon Mandabach; two daughters, Melony (Brad) Rarick and Lesa (Dave) Bradley; grandchildren, Alexander Jones, Bryce Bradley, Collin Bradley, Gabriel Rarick and Brenton Rarick; siblings, Judy (Jack) Thomas, Mary Raymond, Martha Pettibone, Janet (David) Neff and Jim (Elaine) Mandabach; many nieces and nephews. Friends and family may visit the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 550 Hill Rd. N., Pickerington, OH 43147 on Thursday, January 22 from 5-8 p.m. A funeral service officiated by Fr. James Klima will be held on Friday, January 23, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial at Violet Cemetery.
