Christiansen, Jordan
Christiansen Jordan Christiansen, better known as Jody, lost his 13 year battle to Lymphoma on May 18, 2016. He resided on Charles Mill Lake in Mansfield, was the son of the late Judge Richard Christiansen. He was retired from Cott System in Columbus and the owner and operator of Tree Frog Canopy Tours in the Mohican area also a member of the Red Neck Yot Club. He is survived by his wife, Anna Lee Fulk Christiansen; daughters, Kelly Anne of Lexington, Morgan (Steve) of Venice, CA, Madison of Grandview; two sisters, Robyn Gerson (Howard) and Randi Rube, both of CA; three grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, and nephews and a special Aunt Helen Carvour of Dublin. He was known for sharing his grandfathers words of wisdom, giving bear hugs, having an infectious laugh, witty personality and was often seen wearing a kilt. He loved making pottery at The Mansfield Art Center. Jody was never a fan of the typical funeral or calling hours so to honor him we will not be having either. He was much too special for that. He always said, "just throw me a big party" and that is exactly what we'll be doing, a celebration of his life. Details to friends and family to follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to MD Anderson Hospital in Houston, TX or a charity of your choice. And remember, as he would always say, "Drive Friendly, Don't Swerve."
