Costin, David A.  
Costin David A. Costin, of Upper Arlington, age 61, died August 27, 2015 peacefully at Kobacker House. Preceded in death by parents J Richard and Martha Costin. Survived by wife, Dawn Koehlinger Costin of 37 years; son, Jonathan Costin; brother, Richard R. Costin; six nieces; four nephews; and one great-nephew and their spouses. Graduate of Upper Arlington High School Class of 1972; received his Bachelor's degree from Hanover College in 1978 and his Masters of Education from The Ohio State University in 1981. Active in the University District Area Commission in the 1980's and served as their treasurer. Member of First Community Church. He was a Medical Management business accounting partner in Denrob Management for 22 years. David had a love for fishing, camping and spending time in the beauty of nature and The Ohio State Buckeyes. He was a kind, compassionate and generous soul, and was most happy when he was spending time with his family and close friends. He will be greatly missed by all those who loved him deeply. Memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, September 5, at First Community Church, 1320 Cambridge Blvd., where family will receive friends one hour prior and following the service. Rev. Dunn, Robert Vernon  
Dunn Robert Vernon Dunn, age 68, of Columbus, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on August 30, 2015 after a long battle with his terminal illness. Surrounded by his family, Bob passed away peacefully. He was a devoted Buckeye fan!! He also was an avid outdoorsman. Bob loved hunting and fishing with his son Robbie, as well as camping, traveling, and spending time with his family. He was retired from the City of Columbus; a member of the Hamilton Meadows Lions Club. Bob coached baseball and basketball with the Hamilton Township Athletic Assoc. He is preceded in death by his parents William and Sylvia Dunn of Columbus, grandmother Beulah Coleman and brother James Dunn of Columbus. Bob is survived by his wife, Sharon of 46 years; daughter, Rebecca (Robert) Bullock of Columbus; son, Robert William (Shannon) Dunn of Xenia; five grandchildren, Ashley, Billy and Rebecca Bullock and Eden and Gabriella Dunn; brother, Charles (Janice) Dunn; sisters, Mary Conley and Debbie Dunn; sister-in-law, Marta Dunn; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, as well as his dear dogs, Sheba and Pretty Boy and cat, Smokey. He wanted to give a special thank you to his daughter, Becky for being his special care giver and Mount Carmel Hospice for great care at his home. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 2, from 5-8 p.m. at O R WOODYARD SOUTH CHAPEL, 1346 S. Eiginger, Frederick D.  
Eiginger Frederick D. Eiginger, 76, of Pleasantville, Ohio, formerly of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2015, after a life well lived. Fred was a United States Marine Corps. veteran. He worked 35 years as a meat cutter for The Kroger Company. Fred was an amazing family man who will be greatly missed. Fred is survived by his wife, Mary Lou (Claffey), of 54 years; son, William "Bill" (Ann) Eiginger; daughters, Diane M. Gramlich, Deborah J. (Dave) Shook and Lisa A. (Russell) Morton; ten grandchildren, Jessica Ghai, Christopher (Kerri) Raine, Shawn (Samantha) Gramlich, Jacob Morton, Mallory Morton, Jason (Mercedez) Raine, Jeff Gramlich, Danielle Shook, Dylan Shook and John Eiginger; six great-grandchildren; brother, Joseph Eiginger; sister, Anna Belcher; and many nieces and nephews. Fred was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Elizabeth Eiginger, brother Karl Eiginger and sister Elizabeth. Funeral service will be held Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at the JOHNSON-SMITH FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 207 S. MAIN ST., BALTIMORE, OHIO 43105 with Reverend Father G. Michael Gribble as Celebrant. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memory Gardens, Lancaster. Friends may visit from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Foos, Steven Lee  
Foos Steven Lee Foos, age 60, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, August 31, 2015. He was born February 9, 1955 in Marion, Ohio. Steve was a very sweet and caring man who loved the Lord. He was a proud U.S. Army veteran and former employee of Manheim Ohio Auto Action. Steve attended Glenwood United Methodist Church's praise and worship service and enjoyed cooking, fishing, puzzles, and watching old movies. Preceded in death by his mother, Janice Foos. Steve is survived by his loving wife of 11 years, Phyllis Abdon-Foos; daughters Nancy Foos and Lisa Foos; two granddaughters; two sisters; one brother; and many other relatives and dear friends. Frazier-Avant, Sevena F.  
Frazier-Avant Sevena F. Frazier-Avant, 36, of Delaware, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at the OSU Ross Medical Center, Zusman Hospice, Columbus. She was born on April 25, 1979 in San Diego, CA. She grew up in California and was a graduate of the Pointe Loma High School in San Diego, and then went on to Maric College in San Diego, where she received an Associate's Degree in Nursing. While living in California, Sevana attended the Bethesda Apostolic Church. She loved to sing and especially enjoyed Gospel and Rhythem and Blue's music. She loved her children and family, and helped to care for her extended family living in California and Alabama. That need for caring for people motivated Sevana to become a nurse, which became her passion. In 2007, Sevana moved to Ohio and for the past 4 years had been employed by OSU Family Medicine at CarePoint in Lewis Center. She was so proud that she was able to become a nurse, and was so proud that she saw her daughter- Tiarra, graduate from high school and then go to Wittenburg College. She is survived by her loving husband, Maurice M. Avant, whom she married on October 7, 2000; two sons, Maurice M. Avant,II and Cameron G. Avant, both of Delaware; two daughters, Tiarra T. Avant and Arionna M. Avant, both of Delaware; her mother, Andrea L. Frazier of Delaware; four brothers, Joseph, Fred, Jerome and Alphonso; two sisters, Lateasha and Ebony; Alphonso Frazier, Sr. and his wife, Catheryn helped to raise Sevana; father and mother-in-law, Glenn M. and (Brenda) Avant of Montgomery, Alabama; brother-in-law, Jonathan (Jessica) Avant of Montgomery, Alabama; two sisters-in-law, Shona (Daryl) Thomas of Birmingham, Alabama and Melinda Avant of Auburn, Alabama; her numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, all in San Diego and Alabama; God Parents, Mary and Michael Mobley; two God Sisters, Monique Mobley and Miia Mobley; and best friends, Arena Ferguson and Kanita Glover. She was preceded in death by her father Lawrence Fletcher. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2015 from 11 a.m. until the time of the Celebration of Sevana's Life at 1 p.m., in the SNYDER RODMAN FUNERAL CENTER, 1510 West William Street, Valleyside Drive, Delaware, with Glenn and Brenda Avant, officiating. Goodin, Donald Lee "Don"  
Goodin Donald Lee "Don" Goodin, age 74, of Mount Vernon, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2015 at his home with his loving wife by his side. He was born March 26, 1941 in Newark to the late Kenneth Goodin and Alice (Baker) Goodin. Don was a 1959 graduate of Newark High School. He retired from Equifax with over 35 years as an Insurance Inspector and Investigator. He enjoyed playing duplicate bridge, golf, wood working, traveling, listening to music, gardening, yard work and family time. Don is survived by his wife, Kathleen "Kathi" (McCutchen) Goodin, whom he married on December 9, 1977; sons, Michael (Susan) Goodin of Pennsylvania and John Goodin of Pickerington; daughter, Patricia "Patti" (Mark) Ankney of Bowling Green and Diane Goodin of Newark; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren; a sister, Shirley (Larry) Holbert of Newark; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by a brother John Goodin. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at the FLOWERS-SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, 619 East High St., Mount Vernon, where a funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2015 with Rev. Scott Sharpes officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens. The family will also receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service. Hacker Priscilla Louise Hacker, 65, of Centerburg, died Sunday, August 30, 2015. She was born July 5, 1950 in Portsmouth, OH to the late Frank and Violet (Poole) Mercer. She is survived by two daughters, Heather and Sara Hacker; three grandchildren, Blake, Jasmine and Jucinda; brother, Frank (Marlene) Mercer; and sisters, Sharon (Richard) Cuevas and Teresa (Denny) Little. She had an Associate Degree in Nursing and enjoyed writing and sending cards and letters. There will be no services. SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Rd. is assisting the family. Hashman Raymond H. Hashman, 68, passed away August 30, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents Raymond J. Hashman and Audrey Roach, wife Virginia B. Hashman, brothers Ed "Babe" Hashman and Larry Lybrook. Raymond is survived by his children, Paula (Jeff) Roberts and Raymond L.
