Colegrove Eileen A. Colegrove, 52, passed away August 26, 2015. She is survived by parents, Jerome and Donna McCarthy; children, Zach and Aarika Colegrove; siblings, Patrick, Kathy, Bridget, Mary, and Heather; and furry companion, Shelby. Eileen taught special needs individuals for over 20 years. She was well known for her contagious laugh and unselfish demeanor. Coleman Linda J. Coleman, 69, Grove City, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2015, after a long battle with ALS. Linda was born in Hurricane, WV on May 24, 1946, to Lester and Theresa (Bell) Long and is preceded in death by her parents and a brother Frank Long. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Paul D. Coleman; daughter, Paula Coleman; sister, Aretta Roberts; brothers, Jack (Denise) and Danny (Sandy) Long; best friend, Chris Harter; card playing girlfriends, Betty, Chris, Gerda, Sandy, Patty, Rosemary and Mary; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, September 8, 2015, 5-8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123, with the Funeral Service on Wednesday, September 9, 2015, 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Alton Cemetery. Collinsworth David R. Collinsworth, age 60, of Miamisburg, OH, passed away, Monday, August 31, 2015. He retired from DSCC after 38 years of service. In addition to his father, Billy Collinsworth, he is survived by a host of many relatives and friends. The visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Thursday, September 3, 2015, at the DALTON FUNERAL HOME, Germantown, OH, where the Funeral Service will be held 10 a.m. Friday. Conger, Jeanne  
Conger Jeanne Conger formerly of Cabot, Arkansas, died August 28, 2015 the result of a motor vehicle accident. Born August 26, 1937, the daughter of Gerald and Drusilla Matthew, in Bond Special Arkansas. Jeanne was a military wife for 24 years traveling the country and the world. Jeanne retired from Civil Service in 1998 after 25 years working for both the Corp of Engineers and Health and Human Services. Following her retirement she embarked on a new adventure as co-owner and President of a highly successful medical billing company. Jeanne is survived by her husband of 60 years, Robert; her two daughters, Karen Conger and Debra Bradley; her son-in-law, Philip Bradley; one grandson, Jeremy Junkin; granddaughter-in-law, Sandra Maya Junkin; and four precious great grandchildren, Jeremiah Maya, Elijah Maya-Junkin, Ella Junkin and Aaliyah Junkin; three sisters, Betty Williams, Kay Goodman and Fay Bogan; one sister-in-law, Jeanne Walsh-Edwards; one brother-in-law, Jim Goodman; and 17 nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 12, 2015 at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 North High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085, where a reception will follow service until 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Gideons International, P.O. Consolo Dominick P. Consolo. Professor Emeritus and professional jazz trumpeter, Dominick P. Consolo, 93, of Granville, passed away Friday, August 28, 2015 at Kendal at Granville. He was born in Ridgway, PA to the late Nicola and Marietta Vigilone Consolo. A memorial celebration will be held at 10:30 a.m. on October 10, 2015 at Swasey Chapel on the campus of Denison University. A private graveside service will be held at College Cemetery. Cook, Myrtle R.  
Cook Myrtle R. Cook, affectionately known as "Cookie," age 100, of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, passed away at 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at New Albany Gardens and Care Center. She was born January 22, 1915 in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of the late Albert and Martha Leindecker Hauck. She was a member of Evangel Temple Assembly of God and homemaker most of her life. Myrtle was a cellist in the Columbus Symphony Orchestra and a 25 year member of the Columbus Mother's Chorus, she was a member of the Sweet Adeline's "The Blend Dears" Quartette and very active in the Music Ministry at Evangel Temple. She was a volunteer of W.C.V.O. Myrtle is survived by her sons, David E. Cook of Baltimore, Ohio, Albert, Pat (Sharon) Cook of Lewis Center, Ohio; eight grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; three half-brothers, John (Karen) Hauck of Lancaster, Ohio, Dennis (Merrel) Hauck of Florida and Thomas (Karen) Hauck of Pickerington, Ohio; many beloved nieces and nephews and a host of dear friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband of 62 years, Paul D. Cook, who passed away in 1995, son Paul D. Cook II, three brothers, three sisters and two grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 30, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Genoa Church, 7562 Lewis Center Road, Westerville, Ohio 43082 with Pastor Frank Carl officiating. Cornetet, June Lester  
Cornetet June Lester Cornetet of Upper Arlington passed away at Riverside Methodist Hospital on September 2, 2015. She was born on September 15, 1925 in Reedy, WV to Emmet E. and Odra (DePue) Lester, a member of a pioneer family of Roane County, WV. She graduated from Spencer (WV) High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society and the National Thespian Society. She graduated from Perry Business School, and majored in Business Administration at West Virginia University where she became a member of Chi Omega Sorority. June was a member of Boulevard Presbyterian Church, life member of the OSU Faculty Club, former president of the OSU Electrical Engineering Wives, member of the OSU Women's Club, Afternoon Bridge, Couples Dinner Bridge and was a longtime volunteer of the Social Service Group. She was the past president of the Women's Auxiliary of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, life member of Ohio State University Association and a charter member of the Upper Arlington Historical Society. In addition to her parents, June was preceded in death by her loving husband Wendell H. Cornetet, Jr., brother John Mark Lester, and daughter Jane Cornetet Hughes. She will be greatly missed by her son, Wendell H. (Suzy) Cornetet, III; grandchildren, Wendell H. Cornetet IV, Christopher A. Cornetet, Cheryl (John) Cornetet Goodwin; great grandchildren, Wendell H. Cornetet V, Caiden Cornetet, and Lucy, Marlee and Harper Goodwin. Friends may visit with the family from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, September 9 at the SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 North High Street. Costin, David A.  
Costin David A. Costin, of Upper Arlington, age 61, died August 27, 2015 peacefully at Kobacker House. Preceded in death by parents J Richard and Martha Costin. Survived by wife, Dawn Koehlinger Costin of 37 years; son, Jonathan Costin; brother, Richard R. Costin; six nieces; four nephews; and one great-nephew and their spouses. Graduate of Upper Arlington High School Class of 1972; received his Bachelor's degree from Hanover College in 1978 and his Masters of Education from The Ohio State University in 1981. Active in the University District Area Commission in the 1980's and served as their treasurer. Member of First Community Church. He was a Medical Management business accounting partner in Denrob Management for 22 years. David had a love for fishing, camping and spending time in the beauty of nature and The Ohio State Buckeyes. He was a kind, compassionate and generous soul, and was most happy when he was spending time with his family and close friends. He will be greatly missed by all those who loved him deeply. Memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, September 5, at First Community Church, 1320 Cambridge Blvd., where family will receive friends one hour prior and following the service. Rev. Counts Cindy (O'Neill) Counts, age 62, of Delaware, OH, passed away at home on Tuesday, September 1, 2015. Born in Delaware to the late John and Roxie O'Neill, she was a graduate of Delaware Hayes High School, Class of 1971. Cindy was a former, long-time employee of Chi Chi's Restaurant in Dublin, Ohio before its closure and she later worked for the Department of Youth Services before she retired in 2008. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her nephew Aaron Johnston. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Heidi and Eddie Campos of Columbus, OH; step-grandchildren, Marissa and Alex Alejandro; her sister and best friend, Cheryl (Johnny) Ginn of Delaware; sister, Chrissy O'Neill-Williams of Colorado Springs, CO; her niece, Stacey Hatcher of Delaware; her great-niece, two great-nephews; her many other extended family members; and her faithful pets, Luci and Moose.
