Bailey Jr., Harry A.  
Bailey Harry A. Bailey Jr., a Veteran of the U.S. Navy, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday May 4, 2016 at the age of 87. He was preceded in death by sons James and Billy, and his brother Paul Bailey. Harry is survived by his wife, Bonnie Bailey; brothers, Richard Bailey, Jim Bailey, Robert Bailey; and his sister, Mae Romine. Also his children, Harry III, John, David, Martha, and Nadine; along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Balij, Wanda  
Balij Wanda Balij, age 83, died May 4, 2016 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital after a long illness. She was born August 12, 1932 in Maciejow, Poland. She is preceded in death by her mother and father Maria and Jan Osiak, sisters Gena, Alina, and Zoska, husband Walter Balij. She is survived by brother, Czeslaw Osiak (Poland); son, Chris (Joan) Domoslawski; granddaughter, Christina Domoslawski (Neal Jungbauer); grandson, Jeremy Domoslawski (Kaylee Tolliver); great grandson, Tre Domoslawski; stepson, Les (Janet) Balij; stepdaughter, Christine (Jeffrey) Hofmeister; step granddaughter, Anna (Mike) Robertson; many nieces, nephews, family and friends in Poland, Canada and the U.S. Wanda worked at and retired from St. Ann's Hospital Dietary Department. She was a member of Holy Spirit Church in Whitehall and a member of the Polish American Club. She loved cooking and dancing. Wanda will be remembered as a kind, fun loving and giving women who loved her family and friends very much. Friends may call Monday from 4-7 p.m. at EGAN-RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 403 East Broad Street. Biancone Giovannia "Jennie" Biancone, age 107, Tuesday, May 3, 2016, Worthington Christian Village. Former resident of Village of Minerva Park. Charter member for over 50 years of Saint James the Less Catholic Church. Co-founder of K-O-K (Klens-O-Klean) Bleach Company. Preceded in death by husband Paul Biancone, Sr., parents Enrichetta Crognale Monaco and Luigi Monaco, children Paul (Irene) Biancone, Jr., Ada (Richard) Borean and (Gene) Everhart and Louis Biancone, brother Stanley (Pauline) Monaco, sisters Felicetta (Dominic) Spinosa and Rosina (Egidio) Volpe and (John) Pizzuti. Survived by daughter, Ilda (John) Blateri of Westerville, Ohio; son, Frank (Sandy) Biancone of Delaware, Ohio; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and 23 great-great-grandchildren; special sister-in-law, Mary Monaco; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, dear friends. The family wishes to thank all the doctors, nurses and caregivers, who took care of Jennie at Sterling House, Worthington Christian Village and Heartland Hospice of Columbus during her illness. Billingsley, William H. "Bill"  
Billingsley William H. "Bill" Billingsley, age 85, of Sunbury, passed away Monday morning, May 2, 2016 at St. Ann's Hospital in Westerville. He was born on December 1, 1930 in Columbus to the late Hugh D. and Pauline E. (Mayers) Billingsley. He attended Grace Community Chapel where he was Sunday School Superintendent and a Sunday School Teacher. He was a former member of Neoacacia Lodge No. 595 F&AM. Bill enjoyed fishing, gardening, bowling and playing Keno at PJ's. Bill loved nature and could identify birds and trees of all kinds. William was most proud of his marriage and his family. He was active in his earlier years in 4-H with his son David raising rabbits. Bill also raised Siberian Huskies and always had a big garden with Tim and Diana's help which made for great family times. Bill was a very good and godly father, grandfather, husband, son and brother to Sally. He is survived by his sons, David of Manitou Springs, Colorado, Timothy (Gail) of Iowa; daughter, Diana (Odis) Horsley of Sunbury; eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife of 67 years Bonnie (Spillman) Billingsley on October 1, 2015, sister Sally Schultz. A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday 3 p.m. at the DeVORE-SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, SR 3 at 61, Sunbury. Following the service there will be a time of fellowship at PJ's to celebrate Bill's life. Memorial contributions can be made to the family. Brewer Kenny Brewer, 50, of Columbus, OH, passed away at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Born on October 8, 1965 to the late Ken Sr, and Joan (Osendott) Brewer, in Columbus, OH. Brillhart Paul Brillhart Jr., 78, of Columbus, passed away at Villa Angela Care Center on May 3, 2016. Born on August 3, 1937 to the late Paul Sr, and Helen (Zollars) Brillhart in Orville, OH. He served his country with the U.S Navy. Paul was a life member of VFW Post 1598. Survived by wife of 39 years, Ethel Sue (Moore) Brillhart; children, Michael Paul Brillhart, Carol L. (Chip) Brown, Jamie (Robin) Osborne, Tammy G. (August) Simpkins, Lori (Robin) Adams, David Brillhart, Cindy Brillhart and LeeAnn Parker; sisters, Jean A. MacCabee and Elaine Hammer; 11 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Preceded in death by brother Mark Brillhart. Memorial service will be held at Maize Road Baptist Church, 4251 Maize Rd., Columbus, OH 43224 on Saturday, May 14, 2015 from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Brett Castle officiating. Bubalo, Bill  
Bubalo Bill Bubalo, age 63, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2016 at his home in Columbus. Bill was born in Columbus on August 22, 1952, to Mary Catherine (Erb) and George E. Bubalo of Columbus, Ohio. He is survived by his wife, Karen Louise Bubalo (Asbury) and their children, Karel and Brandon; father, Ethan; grandfather, Charles; brother, Julie; sister; and a loving extended family, and a host of long-time friends. Bill became an Eagle Scout in 1964. Bill was passionate about his family, music, reading and enjoyed a cigar. His easy-going nature, sense of humor, and authenticity were enjoyed by all who met him. Although Bill attended Westerville High School where he met his lifelong companion and wife, he attained his diploma from Frankfurt American High School while serving in the Army. Later Bill went on to earn two associate degrees from CSCC (1978 and 1991), a Bachelor's degree from Franklin University in 1991, and his Masters from Akron University in 2002. Eventually in 2002 he attained his CRNA which he proudly performed for the next 14 years. Services will be performed at a later date for his immediate family.
