Anthony Pete Dickson

Dickson Anthony Pete Dickson, born February 1, 1936 went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ, September 18, 2013 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He is survived by wife, Lynda Dickson; children, Maria (husband, Jason) Richards, Dena Dickson, Elizabeth Anne Dickson. He is survived by brother, Charles Dickson; sister, Despina Faulkner. He is survived by grandchildren, Anthony, Andre and Matthew Dickson; and granddaughters, Anna Richards, Leah Dickson; and great grandchildren, Arianna Krenciprok, Symarr Krenciprok, Aubrey, Eva and Liam Dickson with a grandchild to be born December 2013. Anthony is survived by brother, Charles (Anne) Dickson; sister, Francis (Peter) Stangas. Anthony is preceded in death by father Pete Dickson and mother Magdalene (Terzoglou of Praussa, Asia Minor). Anthony worked at Rockwell International on A3J, T28, B-1 Bomber aircraft for ten years. He worked for Home X-Ray of Columbus ten years, OSU, Mt. Carmel and Doctors Hospitals as an X-Ray Technologist and retired from the MEPS (Military Entrance Processing Station after 11 years. Anthony is greatly loved by his family and friends. We know he is with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and two sons David and Charles Dickson who preceded him in death. Also preceded in death by sister Dena Faulkner. The family wishes to thank Father John and Father Dean of the Greek Orthodox Cathedral the Annuciation. We especially thank Manuel Tzagournis, M.D. for his daily and constant support and prayers. We thank Geraldine Winfield and Greg and Christine Mitchell who gave their support without limit. Friends may call Friday, September 20, 2013 from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 555 N. High St. in Columbus. Father Demertios Gardikes officiating. Family and friends will meet for interment at Oakdale Cemetery in Urbana, OH. Arrangements by O.R. WOODYARD CO.
