Vincent David M. Vincent, age 65, of Napa, California (previously of Columbus, Ohio and Caribou, Maine), passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 with his loving wife, Patti, at his side. Born May 19, 1948 in Columbus, Ohio, where he was a 1966 graduate of Central High School. Raised in Columbus, he then joined the United States Air Force
where he served 10 years. Preceded in death by his parents Monroe and Lillian Vincent and brother Monroe R. Vincent. Survived by children, Rick Chapman (Laurie) of Caribou, Maine, David Vincent Jr. (Debi) of Severna Park, Maryland, Debra Vincent-Sutherland (Paul) of Caribou, Maine and Nikki Vincent-Ouellette (Danny) of New Brunswick, Canada; step-children, Erin Brannan of West Sacramento, CA and John Brannan of Napa, CA; eight grandchildren, Amber, Kylee, Logan, Gabriel, Bryce, Luke, Lauren and Ella; one great-grandchild, Aubree; brothers, Ralph, Donald, Thomas, Charles, Paul, Mark, Mathew; sister, Sharon Turner. He will be greatly missed by his Aunt Wilhelminia Vincent and Uncle Robert Vincent and by his many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. He graduated from Hussan College in Maine. He was the plant Manager for Ayer Farms (Emerald Valley Ranches) in Caribou, where he oversaw the production and development of Potato and Broccoli manufacturing equipment. He invented and patented a chemical free cooling system. He was a past member of the Caribou VFW
, and a past member of the Caribou Search and Rescue. An avid NASCAR fan that enjoyed working on and building stock cars. Inurnment will follow at a later date at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery.
