Freda J. Woodrow

Woodrow Freda J. Woodrow, 62, of Commercial Point, OH, passed away Thurs. July 18, 2013 at Mt. Carmel West, Columbus. Born Jan. 14, 1951 in Oak Hill, OH to the late Robert Strickland and Pauline Pack who survives of Columbus. Freda had worked as a Truck Driver for the former REM Trucking. Survivors include her husband James W. "Bubba" Woodrow; son, Vic (Tracy) VanFossen of Chillicothe; daughter, Shannon (Sam) Burnett of Mt. Sterling; mother, Pauline; brothers, Bobby (Robin) Strickland and Jeff (Jandi) Strickland of Columbus; sisters, Karen Szabo, Ann Conners, and Brenda Rodriguez all of Columbus; grandchildren, Robbie, Cajun, Nikki, Dani, Rodney, Kaydance, and Alayna; two great-grandsons, E.J. and Colton; numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Monday July 22 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the OLIVER-CHEEK FUNERAL HOME, 420 W. Main St. Ashville with a Funeral Service at 11 a.m. on Tues. July 23, 2013. Interment will follow in Beckett Cemetery, Commercial Point. The family request in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the funeral home for expenses.
