Fisher Charles Wayne Fisher, 70, of Galloway, passed away on March 3, 2013. While visiting a longtime friend in Pahrump, Nevada, Charles was the victim of a tragic accident. He was born October 5, 1942 in Xenia, OH. He was raised in New Vienna, OH and later settled Galloway, OH. He was a wonderful grandfather and devoted friend to many. He was a retired guidance counselor and had a true passion for history. He is survived by his daughter, Shawn Kelley of Grove City, OH; son-in-law, Timothy Kelley of Alburtis, PA; granddaughter, Meagen (Trent) Howell of Thornville, OH. A memorial will held to celebrate Charles on March 29, 2013 at the American Legion, 9701 W Broad St., West Jefferson, Ohio from 3-8 p.m.
