AULD Donald Lucke Auld, age 58, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 5, 2012. He was born in Cleveland on March 12, 1954. He attended Upper Arlington High School and graduated from Prew School in Sarasota, Fla. He then continued his education at Bentley College in Boston, Mass. Donald worked in real estate and led the historic restoration of the retail and office building at the Arlington Mall at the corner of Arlington Avenue and Guilford Road. He later joined The Auld Company family business. Donald also was a dedicated volunteer with Dr. Glen Aukerman, Medical Director of the OSU Center for Integrative Medicine. He is survived by his parents, David and Joyce (Lucke) Auld; brothers, Daniel and Douglas and their families, including nine nieces and nephews; aunts, Sally Lucke (Joel) Elkes and Diann Reitelbach; cousins, Kirk and Karen; and good friends, especially Francesca and her daughter, Courtney. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., with a funeral service beginning at 1 p.m., on Monday, December 10, 2012, at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Road. Private interment will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery.
