Coon Emily Faye Coon, 73, of Lockbourne, passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2014 unexpectedly at home. She was born December 26, 1940 in Poplarville, MS to the late Aaron Carl and Annie L. (Johnson) Brock. Faye had worked for the Limited in Columbus for a number of years. Preceded in death by daughters Melinda Barnes and Melissa Creel, brothers James and Jerry, sister Daisy. Survived by husband of 19 years, Ralph S. Coon; son, Richard Anderson; daughters, Rhonda Anderson and Marcia Anderson; brothers, Jack, Harlon, and Robert Brock; sisters, Elizabeth Lundy and Myrna Rester; brother-in-law, George R. Coon; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Funeral Service 11 a.m. Monday, February 3, 2014 at the OLIVER-CHEEK FUNERAL HOME, 420 W. Main St., Ashville with Rev. Ron Reese and Rev. Bill Danielson officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Hills Memorial Gardens, Lithopolis. Friends may call from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, February 2 at the funeral home. The family request, in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Fellowship Baptist Church, P.O.
