Ricevuto Roger Ricevuto, age 87, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 15, 2014. Born October 25, 1926 to Vincenza and Salvatore Ricevuto. He is survived by his loving wife and son, Dorothy Ricevuto and John Ricevuto; his brother, Guido Ricevuto; and his sister, Armida Greulich; and many family and friends. He was a graduate of Linden McKinley class of 1945. Roger has battled adversity all his life. He nearly died as a young child with spinal meningitis and had suffered effects from this all his life. He was told he would not live past 30. He beat the odds. He spent most of his working life at ACE radio where he was able to save enough money to buy the business in the mid 80s where he worked until he retired in 1996. Roger loved to travel and traveled most of the eastern United State and Canada. He also owned real estate and was a mentor and advisor and unshakable friend too many. Per Rogers request there will be no calling hours. Any memorial donations can be sent to LifeCare Alliance of Central Ohio. Arrangements entrusted with JOHN QUINT TREBONI.
