McIntyre William G. McIntyre, age 78, of Fredericktown, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at the Knox Community Hospital in Mount Vernon. He was born in Fairfield, Connecticut to the late George and Marion (DeBaun) McIntyre. Bill was last employed as an Electronics Technician for the Orton Foundation in Westerville. He was a loyal Boston Red Sox fan, and Ohio State Buckeyes fan where he volunteered in the Sports Information Department at the University. Bill was also a Veteran serving in the United States Army from 1957-1960. He is survived by his wife, of over fifty five years, Barbara "Bobbie" (Senes) McIntyre; three sons, Timothy (Lori) of Grove City, David (Ronda) of Columbus, Jeffrey (Beth) of Dublin; five grandchildren, Stuart, Ian, Tadhg, Riley and Reese; and his sister, Betty (Patrick) Carolan of Fairfield, Connecticut.
