Mills William J. Mills, 71, of Delaware, passed away early Tuesday morning February 19, 2013 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born August 20, 1941 in Columbus to Warren D. and Mary (Jefferies) Mills. He had worked in construction and welding and had been a Delaware resident for the past 11 years. He was an avid pool shooter and enjoyed playing at Kintz's bar. He also won many pool leagues and played in many tournaments in Columbus. Left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter, Kelley Suttle of Lancaster; son, Douglas (Tonya) Mills of Columbus; four grandchildren, Nikkole, Samantha, Shawn, and Joey; two step-grandchildren, Shane and Ashley; two great-grandchildren, Audrey and Kegan; sisters, Cam (Bill) Farren of Columbus and Saundra "Sandy" (Mike) Dinovo of Delaware; brother, Warren (Sandra) Mills Jr. of Columbus; niece, Carman (Mark) Caner; nephew, Chad (Kara) Mayberry; numerous friends including his Lake Street friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 22 from 4-7 p.m. at the SNYDER-RODMAN FUNERAL CENTER, 1510 W. William Street at Valleyside Drive, Delaware. Contributions in Bill's memory may be made to HomeReach Hospice, 561 W. Central Avenue, Delaware, Ohio 43015.
