Goldhardt William "Bill" C. Goldhardt, age 87 of Grove City, died March 23, 2013 at Kobacker House in Columbus. Born February 16, 1926 to the late William and Clara Goldhardt, Bill was a long time member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Grove City. He was a United States World War II Navy Veteran, and member of VFW Post 4044, AM Vets Post 1928, and American Legion Post 0532. Preceded in death by his wife Delores Goldhardt, special friend Joan Robertson, seven sisters, and four brothers. Bill is survived by his nephew who was like a son to him, Rick (Kristi) Hollar, and their children, Christian William, Chadwick Alexander, Cayden Allen and Collin Michael Hollar; brother, Jack Goldhardt; step-grandchildren, Bill (Tammy) Bowersmith, Terry Bowersmith, their families; and many other extended family members. Friends may visit 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the SPENCE-MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 2697 Columbus Street, Grove City, Ohio. A funeral service will be held at 12 Noon Thursday at St. John's Lutheran Church, 3220 Columbus Street, Grove City, Ohio 43123. Interment Grove City Cemetery.
