I am so sorry to just learn of your passing yesterday as I went to visit the center. I remembered visiting with you a couple of times and enjoyed talking with you. May you be at rest and with peace.

Sending my condolences for the loss of Ms. Echols. As you know I am unable to attend the services because I am with my grandson in ICU. However, I wanted to express that Ms. Echols was a wonderful mother, aunt, grandmother and friend to all. She opened her home to anyone that needed a place to stay or a meal to eat. She was a very strong Christian woman and always helped those in need. I just loved hearing her stories about the experiences she had as a young woman in Alabama and the comparisons she made regarding kids today versus the way things used to be. She will be missed but never, never forgotten. Hugs to all.
