Elmer Lynch Obituary
Elmer Lynch transitioned from his earthly home to his heavenly home on Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018.  He was born July 18, 1944, in Madison, to Emmett and Toressia Lynch.  He was the second oldest of 14 siblings.  
He was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings, Carl, Lepolean and Gloria Lynch.
As a youth, Elmer attended Christ Temple Pentecostal Church and confessed a hope in Christ at an early age.
Elmer began working for Warwick Electronics at the age of 19, which became Sanyo Manufacturing.  He would work for Sanyo for over 40 years until his retirement.
Elmer leaves to cherish his memory three daughters, Shonda Lynch-Wade of St. Louis, Mo., Tasha Hawkins of Jonesboro and Tandrea Lynch of Forrest City; one son, Kevin Lynch of Memphis; one stepson, Robert Ware Jr. of St. Louis, Mo.; three godsons, Richard Robinson and Herbert Robinson, both of Memphis and Wesley Robinson of Lafayette, Ind.; three goddaughters, Nell Robinson and Adrienne Rhodes, both of Forrest City and and Rhonda Crawford of Marion; six brothers, Emmett Lynch Jr and Samuel J. Lynch, both of Forrest City, Houston Lynch of Memphis, George E. Lynch of West Memphis and Hubert Lynch and Tony Lynch of Houston, Texas; five sisters, Queen Esther McIntyre of Houston, Texas, Arnellia Lynch of Los Angeles, Calif., Erma Lynch, Lillie Lynch and Marilyn Lynch, all of Memphis; eight grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, Jan. 12, 2018, from 2 to 5 p.m., at Kincaid Funeral Home. The funeral service for Elmer Lynch will be Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018, at 11 a.m., at Christ Temple Pentecostal Church with Pastor Clarence Kelly delivering the eulogy. Burial will be in Casteel Cemetery.
Kincaid Funeral Services of Forrest City is in charge of arrangements.
