Robert Curtis Graham Robert Curtis Graham, a 34 year resident of Temecula died Sunday, September 15th 2013 at the age of 68 at his home with family at his bedside. Curtis was born in San Francisco on 2/3/45 to the late Robert and Marian Woodville Graham. After graduating from Eureka High School in 1963, he immediately enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. During his distinguished military career Curtis served 2 tours in Vietnam, was a drill instructor at the San Diego Marine Corps Recruit Depot and served as an intelligence analyst. During his time as an analyst, he served in the Beirut, Lebanon peace mission of 1983. He proudly served the Corps for almost 23 years and retired in 1985 as a Master Sergeant. Curtis retired for a second time in 2008 after working for Fargo Real Estate, Guardsmark, and Pechanga Resort and Casino. He enjoyed bass fishing, computers and a passion for history, particularly the military campaigns of ancient Rome. He read 100's of books on the subject and taught himself Latin. Curtis is survived by his wife of 42 years Susan Paananen Graham; his 3 children, Kristi Yates and husband Paul of La Quinta, CA, Traci Rogalia and husband Doug of Hemet, CA, and Tim Graham of Martha's Vineyard, MA. Grandchildren include Wyatt and Walker Rogalia, Amanda and Ellie Yates. Also survived by his sisters Pam Graham of Eureka, CA, Margie Luster of Spring, TX, Kathryn Graham of Sacramento, CA and his brother Greg Graham of Eureka, CA. Robert Curtis Graham lived his life by the Marine Corps motto "Semper Fidelis". And he was "Always Faithful" to his beloved Corps, his country, his friends and most of all his family. We all love and miss him very much. A service with full Military honors was held at Riverside National Cemetery at 11:45am Wednesday, September 25.
