Bill Reback Bill Reback passed away at the age of 77 on April 8, 2014. He was born to Leonard and Lucile DeEtte Reback April 3rd, 1937 in Fortuna CA. Bill was a graduate of South Fork High School. He lived in Humboldt County until moving to Modesto, CA in the late 1960's. Bill Spent 5 years in the Army Reserve with 18 months in active duty at Fort Lewis during the Berlin Crisis. He worked 32 years for Pacific Bell starting as a Lineman and retiring as an Engineer. He was a member of the Old Fisherman's Club, Telephone Pioneers, Seniors in Retirements (SIRS branch 144), Modesto Institute for Continued Learning (MICL) and at Healthy Aging Associationhe led Group Fitness exercise classes for Young at Heart. Bill is survived by the love of his life Saundra Reback. They were married 57 years. He was a devoted father to his 2 equally favorite daughters Vickie Lemos (Mel) and Lesa McDowell (John). He also leaves behind 2 grandchildren that he cherished Blake and Brooke Lemos, 2 brothers Jack Reback (Bonnie) and Gene Reback (Donna), several nephews and nieces and cousins that he loved immensely.
