It was exactly one month ago from today that my Grandpa past away. It was probably some of the most heart-breaking news I had ever heard. He was one of the best grandpa's anyone could ever have. He wasn't one for children, but I knew he loved me a lot, especially whenever he pulled me aside and slapped a twenty dollar bill in my hand and told me it was for being a good girl. I love him very much and miss him every day.
Love you Grandpa,
Amy

MY DAD WAS NOT A MUSHY,HUGS AND KISSES KIND OF GUY.BUT,EVERY NOW AND AGAIN,HE WOULD DO SOMETHING TOTALLY OFF THE CUFF.THAT LEFT ME KNOWING,THAT HE CARED AND LOVED ME.
I REMEMBER ONE TIME DURING MY DIVORCE,MY EX..MADE THREATS..WELL,I WAS AT WORK,MY DAD PULLED UP IN HIS PICK UP TRUCK,SAYS HOLD OUT YOUR HAND.IN IT HE PLACED A " M-80 " (WHICH IS A FIRECRACKER EQUAL TO 1/4 STICK OF DYNAMITE ). HE SAYS TO ME 'KEEP THAT IN YOUR POCKET,HE COMES AROUND HERE STARTING TROUBLE-HAVE A CIGARETTE LIT,TOUCH THE FUSE AND DROP IT IN HIS LAP.I PROMISE YOU HE WONT STICK AROUND LONG AND WONT BE BACK ANYTIME SOON." AND YOU KNOW,I CARRIED THAT M-80 AROUND FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS. NEVER HAD TO USE IT,BUT I HAD IT ,JUST IN CASE.
I LOVE YOU WITH ALL OF MY HEART, AND I HAVE TO BELIEVE YOUR IN A BETTER PLACE ,FEELING NO PAIN,AND GIVING GRANNIE AND UNCLE DAVE HECK AND ENJOYING EVERY MINUTE OF IT.GIVE THEM ALL MY LOVE AND CHRIS TOO. YOU"LL BE WITH ME ALWAYS. TERESA LYNN.XOXOXOXOXOOOO
