I met Mr. Rice just recently and found him to be a man full of laughter and joy. He heart was as genuine as his voice was loud. He often made me laugh with his wit and sense of humor. he adored his family and his eyes would light up when he'd see his new puppy. He was a terrific person who will be missed.
