Fletch:

We worked together several times over the course of our careers. You were one of the best bosses I ever had. When we were peers, you always gave me your utmost support. You leave behind the legacy of being a good man, a good fireman, a great husband and one of CDF's best chief officers. I miss you already.

Thanks for all you did for me over the years.

Rest in peace old friend
