I've know Joe almost all of my life. I remember him & his brother Delfo walking up J street past my house on their way to Grammer School. I played on the same High school basket ball team with him & his long time friend Adrian Sallady. Joe helped us with many class reunions. He always had the biggest smile of anyone I ever knew. Our heart goes out to Pat & his family. May God bless him & keep him.

I am so sad to hear this news. What a kind and cheerful man Joe was. Seems like yesterday I saw him in Safeway. He spoke to my children and joked with them. I am so sorry.
