Jimmy L. (Jim) Clary Obituary
JIMMY L. (JIM) CLARY Jimmy L. (Jim) Clary passed away June 24, 2018 in Lake Havasu City, AZ., surrounded by his family after a brief battle with cancer at the age of 79. He was born in Upper Lake, Ca. April 28, 1939 where he graduated in 1957 from Upper Lake High School. It was there he met the love of his life and they married in Lakeport, Ca. January 17, 1959. In 1961 Jim began working for Mercer Fraser in highway construction and has worked on most all of the roads in Humboldt County as well as many other places. He was known for his dedication and hard work ethics. Jim loved fishing and hunting and after retiring as superintendent in 1995 he began the RV life, traveling full time. He enjoyed fishing in many states including seven trips to AK. He especially enjoyed wintering in Lake Havasu and catching striped bass. He was a loving and dedicated family man. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Marjorie Watson Clary, son, Jimmy L. Clary, Jr. and wife Tammy, daughter, Teena Wilkinson and husband Robert, son, Justin Clary and wife Laura; grandchildren Robert Richardson and wife Melissa, Janay Wilkinson, Austin Clary, Jordan Wilkinson, Emily Clary, step granddaughter, Sabrina Thomas; great grandchildren Ethan and Ember Richardson, and a sister, Mary Ann Landgrebe. He was preceded in death by his parents Elzy and Donnie Clary and a sister, Hazel Linder. Those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Jim to the .
