Patricia Kralle Obituary

(Traut) Kralle passed away on Wednesday, November 10 in St. Joseph Hospital, after a valiant battle with cancer. Patti was born in San Pedro, California on May 20, 1962. She moved, with her parents, Howard and Bonnie Traut, to Wilmington, North Carolina in 1980, where she graduated from Laney High School in 1982. Patti was active in the school Drama Club and in the Madrigal Choir. She moved to Philadelphia when she married James Kralle in 1985. Their first son James, Jr. was born in 1986. They then moved to Humboldt County and lived in Eureka and McKinleyville. Their two sons Matthew and Michael were born in Mad River Hospital. Patti was very proud of her boys, loved them dearly, and they returned that love. She will be sorely missed. She is survived by her husband, James; her sons James Jr., Matthew and Michael; her parents Howard and Bonnie Traut and her brothers David and Steven Traut. The family would like to thank Hospice and St. Joseph Hospital for their loving care. There will be no services, but if you wish to remember Patti, please make a donation to Hospice of Humboldt. Patti was a very loving, kind, gifted, and gentle person and my family was so blessed to know her, she treated my daughters as if they were her own children. She will be sorely missed.
