Shirl Marsh Obituary

(Peterson) Happily went to meet her Lord and Savior on October 8, 2010 peacefully in her sleep. She was preceded in death by her husband Ellery Marsh and her parents Eric Peterson and Majorie Peterson (Peach). She was also preceded in death by her six brothers and sisters. She is survived by her sister Betty Dearing (Peterson) from Fresno, California and numerous nieces and nephews great and great- great. Shirl was born in York County, Maine in 1931, but was a life long resident of Eureka, California. She was a care-giver and proprietor in her home for a long time. She and her husband had a fishing boat and enjoyed fishing on the Ocean. Family Grave site services were held at request. She will be greatly missed by her family and special friends at Silvercrest. Shirl is remembered as a true Christian, who tried to get God's word out to as many people as she could by her tape ministry. She was good in everything she did. God bless her memory.
