Tishri Anderson

Obituary Condolences

Tishri Marlene Anderson left this earthly plane to join the Great Spirit on September 27, 2013. Tishri was born on November 18, 1971 in Eureka, California to Ronald and Kathleen Anderson. Growing up in Arcata, she attended school at Pacific Union, Jacoby Creek School, and Arcata High School. In 2004, after studying dilligently and excelling in her training and education as a Holistic Massage Practitioner, Tishri opened her own masage therapy business in Eureka. Tishri was a free spirit who was, and is, a star whose bright light shone on everyone she came in contact with. A gifted healer, she truly loved her profession and became good friends with many of her clients. She loved them all and they loved her in return. Tishri always had a smile and a good word for everyone, even people she'd never met, no matter what their station in life. Even when she was having a bad day, she'd still give them a smile and a hug. Tishri was preceeded in death by her grandparents Cliff and Betty Anderson, father Ron Anderson, and brother Joshua Anderson. She is survived by her loving husband Stuart Rosenberg, her mother Kathleen Regli, her brother Todd Anderson and wife Trina, nieces Tiffany, Brittany, Autumn, Terra, nephew Jonathan, grandparents Marlene & Joe O'Dell, uncle John Anderson, aunts Tamara Spillas, Earleen Finan, Etta Dixon (Ken), Tina Rader (Rick), and Linda Anderson, great aunt Gloria Friedley, cousins Shelby Anderson, Cliff Friedley, Jason Friedley, and Randy Friedley, special friend and fellow healer Sarah Maier, lifelong friend Fantasy Pfanenstiel, beloved dogs Schnitzel, Buttercup, and Buddy, and many other close friends, all of whom loved her dearly. A memorial to celebrate Tishri's freedom will be held at the beachhouse at Moonstone Beach on Sunday October 20, 2013 at 5:00pm. Special thanks to Tishri's close friend Laura Champion for arranging the gatheirng. This will be a potluck affair with ceremony held at sunset. Please bring your favorite dish and beverage.
