BETHEL - Lynn C. Tabor, 71, died Sunday, March 24, 2013, at her home in Bethel.

She was born Aug. 15, 1941, in St. John's, Quebec, the daughter of Donat and Crescence (Legault) Charbonneau.
She was raised in West Berkshire and attended Berkshire schools. She moved to Bethel in 1959. She had worked at Purity Supreme from 1955-1960, at G.W. Plastics in Bethel from 1960-1975, and at the Bethel school from 1980-1985.
She married Rutherford "Bud" Tabor on Aug. 24, 1974, in Bethel. She had also owned and operated a residential and commercial cleaning business in the Bethel area from 1985-2007.
Her memberships included the Hopping Housewives, Bethel Boosters and VAST.
She enjoyed yard sales, gambling, traveling and dancing.
Survivors include a daughter, Jennifer Tabor Merrill, of Bethel; five brothers, Andre Charbonneau, of South Windsor, Conn., Claude Charbonneau, of Las Vegas, and Jack Charbonneau, Louis Charbonneau and Ivan Charbonneau, all of St. Albans; two sisters, Pearl Hanson, of Hollywood, Fla., and Fran Curtis, of Bethel; and two grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, a sister, Marie Coutermanche, and a stepdaughter, Lisa Tabor.
Memorial services will be held Friday, March 29, at 2 p.m. at the United Church of Bethel. There are no calling hours. Burial will be in the East Randolph Cemetery at a later date.
