MONTPELIER - Timothy Chadbourn Brooks was born Oct. 30, 1996, in Central Vermont Medical Center to Robin Coletti Brooks and William Mills Brooks, of Montpelier. After a brief stay in Fletcher Allen Health Care's neonatal intensive care unit, Timmy came home to his loving brothers, William Coletti Brooks and Andrew Mills Brooks.

Tim attended Montpelier Public Schools and was a junior in the class of 2015.

Timmy excelled at every activity and loved to participate in baseball, basketball, soccer, golf and snowboarding, among other activities, and enjoyed performing. Tim took great pride in becoming head batboy for the Vermont Mountaineers in his younger days. He enjoyed spending time at his grandparents' homes on Cape Cod and Florida, and his Nana's camp in Colchester. Timothy also enjoyed mowing lawns, raking leaves and shoveling driveways to earn extra spending money. He enjoyed driving a boat. An incredibly polite, outgoing and generous young man, Timothy made an impression on every person that he met.

Besides his parents, Tim leaves his brothers, Billy and Andrew Brooks; his dogs, Max and Pesky; his (maternal) grandmother, Jean Coletti, and husband Bernard Blaise, of Montpelier; paternal grandparents William H. and Barbara-Jane Brooks, of Vero Beach, Fla., and formerly of Montpelier; aunt Debra Campbell and uncle Richard, of Montpelier, aunt Susan Drinker and uncle Nicholas, of Exeter, N.H., aunt Debra Mango, of Plainfield, uncle David Coletti and his fiancée, Cindy Carlson, of Middlesex; cousins Jonathan Drinker, Amanda Kasper and Ashley Trubiano, Chris Mango and Dominick Mango, Natalie Campbell, Nicholas Campbell; numerous second cousins; friends of all ages and walks of life and a community who loved him.
