BARRE - The committal and graveside service in honor of Annie Barberi Semprebon, of Woodland Drive and more recently of Lincoln House, was held Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at 1 p.m. in the Hope Cemetery in Barre.

Service leader and family friend Bruce W. Judd read from the Book of Common Prayer and the poem "The Dash."

Great-grandniece Gina Galfetti offered the reading "Mother."

To honor Annie's Scottish heritage, of which she was very proud, prelude and postlude music of Scottish airs was played by bagpiper Donald Murray.

A time of fellowship, sharing and refreshment followed at the home of her grandniece and nephew Kyle and Randy Treis on Windy Wood Road in Barre Town.

The Hooker and Whitcomb Funeral Home, 7 Academy St., Barre, was in charge of the arrangements.

Among the great-grandchildren surviving is Jaxson Churchill. His name was incorrectly spelled in the obituary.
