NORTHFIELD - Minnie A. Robinson, 92, went home to the Lord Monday, July 30, 2012. She was born in Roxbury on July 30, 1920, to Joe and Alice (Dunsmoor) Felchlin. She attended Northfield schools. The family moved to Northfield and Minnie lived there most of her life.

She worked outside of the home most of her life. She worked at a variety of companies including Catlin's Wood Products (now, Northfield Wood Products) in Northfield, Teela-Wooket Camp in Roxbury, and she retired from Norwich University.
Minnie was active in the Grange in Roxbury, the Home Dem in South Northfield, and her church. For many years, she attended the Little White Church in South Northfield, United Church in Northfield, and recent years, First Congregational Church in South Royalton. She always had time for her friends and was ready to help with anyone in need.
She was predeceased by her ex-husband, Stanley Neun, husbands Harold Reed and Leo Robinson. She was also predeceased by a grandson, Brandon Kincaid. She is survived by her daughter, Rachel Kincaid, of South Carolina; her granddaughters, Melisa Loomis, of Royalton, and Stephanie Taylor, of Bethel; stepchildren Carolyn Russell, Carl Reed, of Northfield, Beverly Amarel, of New Mexico; great-grandchildren include Michele Loomis, Sam and Spencer Taylor, and Dayton Kincaid.

At Minnie's request, there will be no funeral or calling hours; instead there will be a celebration of her life at the First Congregational Church in South Royalton Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, at 2 p.m. Burial will take place in Mount Hope Cemetery in Northfield at the convenience of the family.
